Good day,

May I ask if we are required to install Fire Detection and Alarm System for our staffhouse that is located inside our company premises.

Our staffhouse is a one story building with 22 rooms. all of our rooms have  smoke detectors and we already deployed fire extinguishers to key points.

Response to Request

Yes, a Fire Detection and Alarm System is required for residential areas with more than 12 rooms/compartments, even if its is only one storey in height.
