Hi I would like to ask information regarding the FSMR Submission.

As per my knowledge, the FSMR is needed 2 signatories which is the building admin and the fire safety practitioner. Also the safety practitioner is need to be part of the company/building.

However, since the BFP holds the release of COC in the training of Fire Safety Practitioner. 

Is it possible that with the signature of the building admin/property manager only? Will it suffice the requirement of signature?
