Hi! I would like to request for a copy of the report filed by the BFP after conducting the investigation at LRT 2's Katipunan-Anonas substation. 

I read that the report was supposed to be submitted on October 10, 2019 that's why the inclusion date was from October 3 (fire) to October 10 (House Committee hearing). 

This will be used for research purposes, thank you.
