Hi good day I would like to inquire regarding my age waiver application for FO1 application

I submitted my age waiver application last January 2023 at BFP Region 3 office. My name is Jomar Rodriguez Patnaan. I applied for the age waiver under the NCIP qualification.

You asked for Age waiver application for FO1.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not issue Age waiver certificate. However, you may go to the nearest BFP Regional Office to apply your certificate.
