I am writing to request for historical data/statistics on recorded Fire Incidents in PEZA registered Information Technology Parks and Centers.

- All historical data if possible, otherwise from earliest year available.
- Please include data on severity of damage/impact (cost), cause of fire, investigation findings, violations found.

Please let me know if this inquiry is best answered by other agencies, I have inquired with PEZA on this as well.

Attached for your reference is the list of PEZA IT Parks/Establishments from the PEZA website.
