Good day,

I Jeffrey C. Yuzon applying for age waiver. Last March 20, 2023 I drop my folder at Bureau of fire profection at National Headquarters. I applying for an age waiver using my PDL 123 and NCIII in driving. I am currently 33 years old and Hopefully I can still pursue my dream to become a firefighter and help our country in many ways that I can.
