Hi 
I am looking for information on how many call centres the BFP have? How the calls are prioritised and managed as they come in? How the calls are diverted to either the police, fire or ambulance services?
What is the countries national emergency response number? Are there gaps in mobile signal which prevents the public from contacting the emergency services? How do the emergency services locate incidents in rural areas? 
How is the BFP funded and which government department is responsible for managing the BFP?
