Good afternoon.

 I would like to request on phillippine Republic law under BFP. requiring residential house to have fire extinguisher and smoke detector before releasing of occupancy permit. And also then equipment should be bought in BFp office in zamboanga city.

The bfp zamboanga city is charging me 1500 per smoke detector and 3k to 3.5k for 1 PC fire extinguisher.
