Hello, I would like to inquire if it's necessary for all the BFP Office (Attention: Admin Division) to collect ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS to the applicants for the initial submission (1st time submission) of requirements such as TOR, Diploma, Eligibility/Board Rating, and Birth Certificate for the FO1 job position?

Being an applicant, it is difficult to obtain the documents mentioned above due to the different locations of the offices and also the time and money will never be replaced in getting said doc. There is also no guarantee that the original documents will be submitted back to the applicants.

What I'm pointing here, is it really necessary to submit original copy of the documents mentioned even if this is the first step in the job application of FO1? Are there any other alternative ways to innovate this process?
