February 28, 2022 Dear Lalaine Joy, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 19, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Certificate of tribal membership. We in the Bureau of Fire protection do not issue a Certificate of Tribal Membership. Please consult an NCIP (National Commission on Indigenous Peoples) office nearest you, or you can make an FOI request at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=NCIP. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DIRECTOR LOUIE S PURACAN, Chief, BFP, at ofcbfp@gmail.com.
