noon po july 2020 pa nag pasa po kme ng letter of request sa meralco batangas city tungkol sa primary live wire na dumaan sa aming bubungan walang 2 meters an distance sa aming bubung. etoy nag didiklapan or spark. kapag etoy nalapatan ng sanga ng mga puno. nangako po ang tangapan ng meralco batangas city lalagyan nila na cover ang nsabing primary live wire. ngunit hangang  ngyun d nila tinupad ang knila pangako. every week po kmi nag folow up sa tangapan ni meralco batangas at meralco customercare main office ngunit wala p din action, sanay matulungan nyo po kme. service i.d no 400786020101
