Hi! I would like to request regarding the provision of the circular 2022-72. Stating that manufacturer of portable and ceiling type fire extinguisher are required to avail of the certificate of competency. Thanks ang more power.

Manufacturers are not issued the certificate of competency. Their standards are regulated by the Department of Trade and Industry.
