May I request the following the data for my thesis entitled "Bureau of Fire Protection Region X and Fire Training Service Center".

(1) Population of Region 10 trainees and personnel of Bureau of Fire Protection for the year 2017-2019.
(2) General Guidelines for Fire Districts or of any related institutional infrastructures.
(3) Requirements for Fire Districts and Fire Training Service Center regarding standard functions, and space planning.
