My name is Mark Jefferson Lim, a  5th year BS Architecture student from the University of San Carlos.

I would like to request for the electronic copy of "Planning and Design Manual of a Fire Station". Also, the following information:
a.) Necessary Spaces and Training Facilities.
b.) Occupancy load factor per person/staff.

Your Request

You asked for Planning and Design Manual of a Fire Station.

We have no existing manual yet. We call our specifications for building construction as Terms of Reference. You can download them here for the typical design of the fire station. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ZC3KTKigiw3b4bqYG4sJbdFnmuQqQnyq?usp=share_link Please note that these specs are subject to change, depending on the location and topography of the lot where the fire station will be built.
