Hello!

I would like to request for a copy of the Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) for the years 2017 to 2022 of AIC Burgundy Empire Tower located at 1908 ADB Avenue (corner Garnet Road), Ortigas Center, Brgy. San Antonio, Pasig City.

We are occupying a unit in the building and the admin has not been able to furnish said docs. If they have no FSIC from previous years because they were unable to comply or for whatever reason was not granted such, we would like to request for a certification from the BFP that the building was not compliant with safety code.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may go to your nearest Fire station for the copy of your FSIC.
