Good day! We are BSIT students from Mapua University and would like to request information regarding:

1. The procedure for centralized fire response in areas of Rizal such as Antipolo, Cainta, and Taytay.

2. The procedure for local fire response in areas of Rizal such as Antipolo, Cainta, and Taytay.

Centralized by means of several fire stations acting in unison to mitigate a fire that a local fire station isn't capable of extinguishing alone. How does the a local fire station distinguish whether or not other fire stations should step-in to help out or leave it to themselves.
