I would like to request your good office for the statistics (summary) on the top 5 significant causes of fire incidents (with figures and the total number of reported incidents) in the Philippines for the past three years (2019-2021). 

The said information will be used for the case study concerning policymaking and formulation of resolutions for the realization of a safe community across all projects that our organization is currently managing.
