Sorry for being unclear but you can get a copy of your request from our agency - Bureau of Internal Revenue, but not in our Regional District Office. We are RDO 024 - Valenzuela City, and your company is not under our jurisdiction because it is registered under RDO 044 - Taguig Pateros.
