Hi!

1. I am completing my employment requirements and BIR FORM 0605 is one of the conditions for my employment as a new government employee. 

2. Would you please clarify if I am not required to pay BIR FORM 0605 in compliance with Ease of Paying Taxes Act? I was told that this act only applies to old taxpayers who have been renewing their COR yearly.
