July 27, 2023 Dear Mr. Lazatin: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 26, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for BIR Form No. 1902. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to coordinate with your employer (as they are the one who submitted the said BIR Form to the Revenue District Office where they are registered).
