Hello. I am writing this letter to request the transfer of my RDO from 132 Davao East eith TIN number 719-148-813 (Registered as Professional) to RDO 028. Since I am from Davao, the said RDO 28 requiring me to present atleast proof of residency for them to process the transfer but unfortunately I don't have any yet since I am just a month here. If they allow, I will submit a copy of my contract with CTC for the references. I hope these FOI will help me.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 06, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a RDO Transfer

In response to your request, we already informed you through our telephone conversation last Tuesday (May 10, 2022) that you are registered as a Professional in the BIR System under Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 132-East Davao City and your registration and source of income as a Professional/Job Order contract of DSWD. 
Your Certificate of Registration shall be issued by RDO Davao and thus, no need for you to transfer your TIN registration to RDO 28 per Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 11-2008.
