I would like to request a copy of my latest Income Tax Return (ITR) for year 2020, with attached BIR Form No. 2316, stamped received by the BIR.
This is one of the requirements for applying a housing loan thru Pag-IBIG fund.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. May we ask if you were able to file your ITR for CY 2020? Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIR and EFPS system, we regret to inform you that we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. However, if you filed said ITR, kindly email the TIN, name & business address of your employer at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO.
Please be reminded that TIN is confidential/sensitive information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Aug 24, 2021 09:06:28 AM, your request will be closed.
