Request for BIR ITR 2316

Requested from BIR by M. Santos at 04:59 PM on Jan 16, 2024.
Purpose: Visa
Date of Coverage: 01/01/2022 - 05/01/2023
Tracking no: #BIR-405825659681

Santos 04:59 PM, Jan 16, 2024

Hi I was not able to ask my 2316 from my previous employer. I would be needing it as a requirement for my visa application. May I ask for a copy of my latest 2316 for the financial year 2022 and 2023? Thank you. I would appreciate it if I could get it as soon as possible as the deadline is on January 18, 2024. Thank you so much

Dear Ms. Santos:

I refer to my letter of Jan 16, 2024 04:59:01 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for BIR ITR 2316.

In reply, kindly provide the following details:

1. Name of your Employer for CY 2022;
2. TIN of your Employer; and
3. Employer's Business Address.

For BIR Form No. 2316 issued for CY 2023, the Revenue District Office (RDO) of the BIR do not have a copy of the form yet because it is supposedly due for submission by your previous employer to them on or before February 28, 2024.

Better yet, you may request for the re-issuance of your BIR Form No. 2316 for CY 2022-2023 from your previous employer.

Email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-405825659681, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 11, 2024 04:38:33 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.

Thank you.

Respectfully,

FOI Officer
Public Information and Education Division
