Hi, I would like to request my Income Tax Return (ITR) from 01 Jan 2019 to 31 Dec 2020 for House Loan Application purposes.

Dear Mr.Rabby,

I refer to my letter of Jul 14, 2021 09:55:05 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details:
-	What ITR did you file from CY 2019-2020? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-	May we know where you filed your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Your TIN (if self-employed)
-	If you are an employee then, please indicate your employer’s TIN, business name & address
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
Also, kindly provide us two government-issued IDs and your selfie picture, as proof of your identity and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Also, (if you have been employed) your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee if employment is terminated before the close of such calendar year, or on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.  

Please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 06, 2021 08:19:51 AM, your request will be closed.

Hi Ana,

Thank you for the reply. I actually need Form 2316. I will just direct the request to my former employer as I need the last 2 years.
