We called your mobile number today, April 11, and apprised you to that your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Record is registered in Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 43 - Pasig and not with Large Taxpayer Service Division.

To process your request you can visit RDO 43 and RDO 25B respectively and submit duly accomplished BIR Form 1905.
