Said request is as per requirement of Dept. of Human Settlement and Urban Development for the issuance of License to Sell for Rosa Verde Villas Phase 2 (residential subdivision project).

This is in reply to your email message dated January 18, 2022, regarding your request for the Certified true copy of BIR ZONAL VALUE of Barangay San Rafael, Rodriguez, Rizal for the revision year 2017. Said request is as per requirement of Dept. of Human Settlement and Urban Development for the issuance of License to Sell for Rosa Verde Villas Phase 2 (residential subdivision project).
For Certification of Zonal Values, please go to the Revenue District Office where your property is located. Your property is under RDO No. 45 – Marikina City. Please see attached Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 115 – 2020 dated October 9, 2020.
