I would like to request for my 2022 ITR 2316 as my previous employer did not provide it when they gave me my final pay and COE.
I will be using it for loan application.

Dear Ms. Payumo:
I refer to my letter of Aug 05, 2023 03:46:19 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2022 ITR 2316.
For consideration purpose, kindly provide the folloiwng:
1. Complete Name of your Employer for CY 2022;
2. TIN of your Employer;
3. Registered Address of your Employer, we will be endorsing your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered. They will be providing you a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 for CY 2022 if your employer has filed in your behalf.
You may also ask from your employer copy of the Duly Received “Annex F” received by the RDO.
For other concern, email sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-408631879665, to respond.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 30, 2023 07:33:49 AM, your request will be closed.

This Office does not have the information you have requested (ITR) since your employer failed to include your BIR Form 2316 in the CD submitted for the year 2022.
