Good afternoon, Ma’am.

This is re: your request for ITR for taxable year 2018.

Upon verification from the Integrated Tax System (ITS), you are registered as employee under the jurisdiction of our district office, RDO 81.

Please be informed that as employee, you fall under Substituting Filing which means that you are not required to file your Income Tax Return. Instead, your BIR Form 2316 will serve the purpose of the ITR.

Also, I would like to know if you had filed your BIR Form 1700 (Annual Income Tax Return). Our Office
would only have a copy of said document if  in the first place you had duly filed it  with our office.
