Dear Ms. Frias:

I refer to my letter of Nov 03, 2023 09:11:16 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, kindly clarify if you have a registered business for the period of 2022 to 2023? or were you an employee for the period of 2022 to 2023?

If you are referring to your BIR Form No. 2316, your request for a copies of your Income Tax Return/BIR Form No. 2316 for the Calendar Years 2022 to 2023 (in case your employment with the company has been terminated before the end of this year) can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy thereof as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 26, 2024 02:06:50 AM, your request will be closed.

Hi, I already read your reply to my inquiry, however, the said copy (personal) was lost and cannot be obtained due to misplacement. How can I secure another copy?

I am still employed in the said company. How can I get another copy? Thank you.
