In reply, kindly send the duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 with attached copies of two (2) valid government I.D.s of the principal and her representative and Special Power of Attorney to Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 82-Cebu City for update on her registration.

You may also send the above mentioned scanned copies of documents at rdo_82css@bir.gov.ph.
