In reply, you can now retrieve your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Revenue District Office (RDO) Code through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module. Revie can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph.

You should visit the nearest Revenue District Office (RDO) in your area to personally verify your information and bring two (2) Valid Government IDs to avail stamped BIR Form 1904 which requested by your developer. BIR Forms 1904 can be downloaded on our BIR website www.bir.gov.ph in the Forms Section.
