You asked for RDO No. 60 - Lucena City North Quezon.

Response to Request

Dear Mr. Regis:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated June 23, 2022, regarding your request for a copy of the latest zonal values for RDO No. 60 – Lucena City, North Quezon.

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (click RDO 60 – Lucena City, North Quezon);
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value (click Sheet 7 for the latest zonal values); and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
