On behalf of our client, FUJITSU PHILIPPINES, INC. (“FPI”), we respectfully request for a Certified True Copy of the Certification dated 14 June 2017 issued by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue declaring that the sale or transfer of the shares of stock in Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions (Philippines), Inc. by and between Supply Chain Consulting Asia, Pty. Ltd. and FPI is not subject to capital gains tax and its attachments. 

The Certified True Copy of the Certification and its attachments will be used in FPI’s application for Certificate Authorizing Registration for the transfer.

"Please be informed that the original Certificate of CGT 17-015 was picked up on June 27, 2017.

Kindly provide this Office of copy of the attachments you want to be certified and Special Power of Attorney authorizing you of this request.

You may submit directly to the International Tax Affairs Division at Room 811, National Office Building, Bureau of Internal Revenue."
