September 19, 2023 Dear Melvin Redondo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 15, 2023 04:52:25 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for 2316 of Melvin Redondo. Please be informed that the BIR Form 2316 is a form issued by your employer (A Certificate). Hence, you may request the said documents to the issuing company . You must be issued of the copy of the said form on or before January 25 of the succeeding year. With the employer's obligation to give you the original copy of the form, it is therefore your right to request said copy from your employer. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office would take longer to provide you the information you have requested. We have to verify if your employer has submitted to us the list of employees under substituted filing (Annex F).
