Hi!
I would like to request for a copy of my 2021 ITR or Proof of Annual Income. I will be traveling to Europe for a business trip and will be needing to apply for a visa. I don't have a value copy of my ITR after I paid for my annual taxes for 2021 which is why I am asking for a copy from you.
I hope you can help me because I need to apply for my visa ASAP.

I refer to my letter of Mar 17, 2022 03:10:54 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR.
In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query, kindly provide us with the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information
-What ITR form did you file?
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online)
Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.
However, we would also like to suggest that if you know where you filed your ITR, you may directly request it to the concerned RDO, bring the duplicate/xerox copy with you for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jun 09, 2022 08:32:22 AM, your request will be closed.

I filed for Form 1701A - Annual Income Tax Return (NEW) via the eBIRForms online. I am ok with a softcopy that I can print and just have verified in my RDO.
Here's the receipt I got after submission.
