Hi, my name is Allysa Joy M. Butac with TIN no. 395-625-235-000. I'm sending this email to request the transfer of my RDO from code 43 (Pasig City) to 44 (Taguig City) due to my recent employer's RDO is located in Taguig City and this is where I live as well. I hope to hear your response for my next steps. Thank you.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 25, 2022 03:47:27 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for BIR RDO transfer Request.

Response to Request

Please be informed, that we checked your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) in the BIR IRIS System and it was found out that the TIN Number you provided to us and happens to be your known TIN belongs to another person/taxpayer. In this regard, you may secure a TIN Verification Slip at any BIR-Revenue District Office (BIR-RDO) to know your correct TIN Number. 

You may send (via email) your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and two (2) valid government issued I.D.s at rdo_43css@bir.gov.ph and request for the transfer of your TIN record to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence per Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 37-2019.
