Hi! May I request for the copy of my BIR 2316 for FY 2018-2020? I already requested this to my employer but they could not provide any. This will be used for my bank loan application. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Repique,

I refer to my letter of Feb 01, 2022 12:10:10 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR form 2316.

In order for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned office, we need more information from you regarding your request for 2316. Kindly email us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
-TIN, name & business address, and RDO of your employer for CY 2018-2020 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 26, 2022 10:30:36 PM, your request will be closed.
