In reply, please be informed that we called you on you provide contact number to verify you request and information but to no avail.

The requested document (Certificate of Registration) is covered by the "unlawful divulgence" rule under Section 270 of the Tax Code and also under the Data Privacy Law.

To retrieve your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Revenue District Office (RDO) Code through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module. Revie can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph.

You may also visit the nearest Revenue District Office (RDO) in your area to personally verify your information and bring 1 Valid Government ID to avail TIN Verification Slip with stamp.
