I was verifying the list of TAX DELINQUENTS via www.bir.gov.ph/;

It appears that the lists for the Year 2017 and earlier are not anymore available.

I remember reading a list of entities with accounting problems that included the keyphrase:

"ABACUS BOOK AND CARD CORPORATION", "PIONEER"

May I request for that list to be available again for public verification?

Please be informed, that we already informed the concerned office about the list of entities with accounting problems you mentioned that was allegedly posted online in 2017.

In this regard, the said office will be the one to determine whether the said information will not violate the provision of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (or R.A 10173), hence, the same will be posted online for publication, if deemed necessary.
