Thank you for your request dated Apr 26, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a copy of your filed Income Tax Return.

In response to your request, we already expressed our denial in your previously lodged request with Tracking Number #BIR-717016237942. Your ITR Copy can be requested from the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered and where you submitted the return.

Moreover, if you filed using the eBIRForms Package (version 7.9.2) you can print a  file copy of the filed return and email confirmation for your tax return filing in eBIRForms for future reference.  If you were not able to print one, you may retrieve your filed return by selecting the form in the eBIRForms profile and then click the “PRINT” button below the form.
