Hi,

I would like to know how to deal with an incorrect TIN. I provided my 2316 from old employer to my current and didn't notice that the TIN (current EMPLOYER)  is incorrect. 

Do I have to go to BIR office or the employer should correct and make the necessary adjustments?

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

The incorrect TIN is mine. The one in my 2316 that my employer issued has a random TIN and is very different from what I submitted to them.

How do I proceed with this?

Is this request offensive?
