Hi, I would like to request information regarding:

1. the number of users of Electronic Filing and Payment system in the Philippines (eFPS) from the year 2001-2023.
2. User demographics of eFPS from the year 2001-2023.
3. Frequency of usage of users of eFPS from the year 2001-2023.
4.Any other relevant details available of eFPS from the year 2001-2023.

Dear Ms. CAHUCOM:

I refer to my letter of Jan 12, 2024 12:12:21 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for eFPS User Dataset from 2001 to 2023.

In reply, please be informed of the following pursuant to Section 21.2 and 21.3 (d) of Chapter VII-Standard Procedure for efOI Request:

Section 21.2 - the purpose of the request for information shall be specific or adequately and sufficiently described. General averments of the purpose such as for information, research or legal purposes or other similarly worded purposes shall not be considered to have met the requirements of specificity.

Failure to specify the reasons for or purpose of the request for information shall be a ground for denial of the eFOI Request.

Section 21.3 (d) - If the requesting party is a natural person who is a member employee, affiliated with or related to a juridical entity, company or organization and the request is made not in behalf of such juridical entity, company or organization but arises from such membership, affiliation or relation, such other sufficient proof of authority or affiliation.

In this regard, you have to attach scanned copies of the valid school I.D. and written indorsement of the supervising teacher/professor/instructor.
