Hi, 

I would like to request all copies of my ITR from your system from years 2012 to 2022. This is to confirm that all my taxes are filled and paid properly by my previous employers.

Dear Mr. Magsino,

I refer to my letter of Apr 05, 2022 11:26:52 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, Kindly provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
-What ITR form did you file 2012-2020? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that ITR should be filed by you not by your employer> However,  if you have been employed and your income tax has been correctly withheld, has only one employer and has been qualified for substituted filing for the taxable year, the Certificate of Withholding filed by your employer, duly stamped "Received" by the Bureau, shall be tantamount to the filing of the income tax return. Thus, you may just directly request the  Form 2316 from your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jun 28, 2022 06:16:13 AM, your request will be closed.
