Good Day,

I am writing to request a copy of my Income Tax Return (ITR) for the taxable year 2022 (fiscal year 2022-2023).

My name is Francis Martin L. Ricarte, and my tax identification number is 346-878-946-000. I am in need of a copy of my ITR for my change of employment status from J.O. to Regular/Permanent.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience.
