I refer to my letter of May 25, 2023 01:18:14 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certified True Copy of ITR and Financial Statement.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful to know the following details:
1) What is the Complete name indicated in the Income Tax Return (BIR Form
1701) you filed?
2) What is your Tax Identification Number as indicated in your filed return?
3) What Revenue District Office No. did you file your form 1701?
4) Did you file online (through eBIR Form Package Facility) or over the counter
(Revenue District Office)?
5. Exact Date of Filing of your 1701?
Please be advised, if you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your 1701for the year 2022, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of your business, in your case, you are registered at RDO No. 95- Jolo Sulu. The office is located at 2nd Hadji Sabtirul Bldg. Travisi St., Jolo Sulu.
kindly bring the Original and Photocopy of your Income Tax Return, and Confirmation Receipt (if filed thru eBIRForms).
Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax of Thirty Pesos (P30.00) imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Aug 18, 2023 01:02:44 AM, your request will be closed.
