I would like to request a copy of my previous latest Income Tax Return. I haven't received a copy of my BIR Form 2316 from my previous employer. This is for the purpose of submitting one of the employment requirement for my new employer. It would be very much appreciated if you can send me a copy via email. Thank you.

You asked for REQUEST FOR ITR.

Response to Request

After careful consideration, we resolve to grant your request for the year 2021.  A copy of your requested information was sent to the email address you have provided.

However, based on the reasons stated below, we resolve to deny your request on the following: BIR Form 2316 for the year 2020.
This Office does not have the information you have requested since the record submitted by your employer for the year 2020 is incomplete and your BIR Form 2316 is not found per verification.   Kindly coordinate with your employer for the information not provided.
