Per our phone conversation this afternoon August 15, 2022, you were asked what Income Tax Return (ITR) are you referring to, since you are registered as a Sole Proprietor under Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 54A-Trece Martirez City and have been fully compliant and filed your BIR Form 1701A this april 18, 2022. That suffice and will serve for your intended purpose.
