Dear Mr. Taduran,

I refer to my letter of Oct 15, 2021, 02:23:05 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. If you are asking for ITR, kindly provide us with the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as this contains sensitive information
-What ITR did you file for 2020? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Furthermore, ITR for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year hence, we can not provide you the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 07, 2022, 10:22:20 AM, your request will be closed.
