May I request to obtain updated information from your good office regarding the present zonal value of an agricultural land located along Barrio Pangdan Road, Naga City, Cebu.
This purpose is intended to be a reference data as to an appropriate selling price to implement under negotiated TCT transfer of ownership on the said location site mentioned.

You asked for Zonal Value update inquiry.

Dear Mr. Cañalita:
This is with reference to your email message dated December 18, 2022, regarding your request for updated zonal value of your property in Barangay Pangdan, Naga City, Cebu.
Attached herewith is the schedule of zonal values for Barangay Pangdan, Naga City, Cebu, for your reference.
Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field. Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:
1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed;
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet;
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value; and
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
