Hello! I lost a copy of my bir 2316.

I would like to ask for kind help if you can help me in securing a copy of the said my bir 2316 for visa application.

since its pandemic our company instructed us to work from home.

Our HR officer doesn’t have any access to our files ( scanned copies  of bir 2316 ) since we are all working from home and we are not yet allowed to go back to work in our offices. 

I hope you can assist me.

Dear Ms. Ng,

I refer to my letter of Sep 01, 2021, 10:54:07 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Bir 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us your employer's TIN, business name & address and also your TIN  & email it @ ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.

Furthermore, please be informed that your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your previous employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 25, 2021, 06:13:36 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
